i'm still laughing about this tree that appeared near our makeshift 'chimney' along with its accompanying note from kyle.

there are a few exciting things this week:

blue scholars - the program series. i'm going to the wednesday show

sigur ros "heima" screening - thursday at 8pm. go to this metro link and choose thursday to get tickets. it's coming on dvd, but i think it'll sound much more awesome on a theater sound system. thanks to joshc for the inadvertent tip!

friday - justin long @ electric avenue

holidays created to maintain consumerism & the status quo = the suck.

i definitely appreciate arielmeadow's viewpoint (see: get over it!) but i continue to bathe in my bitterness regardless. =]
